SPOTTERS REPORTED 3.48 INCHES IN PRESTON MINNESOTA. DOPPLER RADAR
INIDICATED 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN BETWEEN LIME SPRINGS
IOWA AND WINONA.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE…
CALEDONIA…LA CRESCENT…PRESTON…WINONA…BROWNSVILLE…
CANTON…DAKOTA…FOUNTAIN…GOODVIEW…HARMONY…HOKAH…
HOUSTON…LANESBORO…LEWISTON…MABEL…RUSHFORD…SPRING GROVE
AND STOCKTON.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. DO
NOT ENTER THE WATER. TURN AROUND AND MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN
