The National Weather Service has extended the Particularly Dangerous Situation Tornado Watch until 11pm for Benton, Black Hawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Butler, Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Grundy, Iowa, Jackson, Johnson, Jones, Linn, Muscatine, Scott, and Tama counties.

Storms are expected to continue to roll across the area overnight. The Damaging Wind threat will begin to transition to a Flash Flooding threat across these areas, however an isolated severe threat can not be ruled out.
