SPC has a slight risk of severe weather for today and tonight for the southern 2/3rds of the state. All modes of severe weather will be possible with large hail, damaging winds and a few tornadoes possible. The tornado threat will be confined to near the MO border with the large hail and wind threat being standard across the risk area.

SPC also has a slight risk of severe weather for Wednesday and Wednesday night over the western 2/3rds of the state. All modes are possible again with large hail and damaging winds being the main threats. The better severe weather chances look to be off farther to the west and SW at this time. This could change over the next 24 hours so stay tuned.
