QUICK REPORT: A quick report today, Showers and a few thunderstorms will be possible again this afternoon with this upper level feature taking it’s sweet time moving out of our area. None of the storms that fire today will be severe as most of that activity will be to our east and south. This will continue into Wednesday as well with less thunder possible. The rain will not be all day and there may be some peaks of sunshine here and there. Highs today and tomorrow will mainly be in the 60s and 70s. Dry weather returns Thursday into Friday, but Memorial Day weekend looks soggy with another system approaching from the west. This could be similar to what we’ve been dealing with some sunshine with afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms. Severe weather could be possible with this system Saturday and Sunday, but it’s too early to determine that at this time. It does look to dry out a bit into June with another system around the 4-6th of June bringing more rain to the area if the GFS pans out.
