MOST OF MITCHELL COUNTY HAS RECEIVED BETWEEN 2 AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN.
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES IS LIKELY…THIS WILL
CREATE VERY DANGEROUS AND LIFE THREATENING CONDITIONS. THIS WILL
REPLACE THE PREVIOUS FLASH FLOOD WARNING.
