.A WINTER STORM WILL DRIVE ACROSS THE REGION THURSDAY NIGHT AND
FRIDAY…BRINGING UP TO 7 INCHES OF SNOW TO MUCH OF NORTHEAST
IOWA. ELSEWHERE…3 TO 6 INCHES OF ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED. THE
BULK OF THE SNOW WILL FALL THURSDAY NIGHT…BUT WILL LINGER
THROUGH THE DAY ON FRIDAY.

THE FRIDAY MORNING COMMUTE WILL BE IMPACTED…LIKELY VERY
HAZARDOUS ACROSS NORTHEAST IOWA WHERE 6 INCHES OF SNOW ARE

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LA CROSSE HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW…WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM
THURSDAY TO 6 PM CST FRIDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER
IN EFFECT.

* SNOW WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE AREA THURSDAY EVENING AND CONTINUE
THROUGH FRIDAY. THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL FALL THURSDAY NIGHT.

* ACCUMULATIONS UP TO 7 INCHES ARE EXPECTED.

* THE FRIDAY MORNING COMMUTE WILL BE HAZARDOUS WITH 6 INCHES OF
