Several changes this morning to the warnings and advisories. Several counties have been added to the Winter Storm Warning. These include, Scott, Louisa, Muscatine, Jefferson, Monroe, Wayne and Wapello counties. This includes the cities of Davenport, Bettendorf, Muscatine, and Ottumwa.
