Be careful if you have to drive today. The precipitation will change over to rain in the southern counties by Noon, but may linger in the northern counties through the afternoon into the early evening hours. A tenth to three tenths of an inch of freezing rain is possible in the advisory and warning areas. Northeast Iowa may get 1-2 inches of snow sleet mix along with a tenth or two of freezing rain as well.
