This is going to be the nicest, and possibly most pleasant day of the summer so far. Temperatures will be slightly below average across the state, humidity will be low and a northwesterly breeze will be blowing through. Tonight, the wind will die down and temperatures will drop well into the 50s. There could be some cooler locations that could get close to the upper 40s as well. This coming week will see a slow rise back to near or perhaps above 90 once again, but not the extreme heat we have been saying at least at this time. Any rain chances this week will be isolated and amounts will be light.
