There have been numerous views onto the Burn bans from last year so I will post the current burn bans onto this page beginning now and lasting throughout the rest of the drought however long it may last.
The current counties that are under burn bans include Lyon, Plymouth, Howard, Chickasaw, Wright, Butler, Black Hawk, Benton, Bremer, Fayette, Clayton, Hardin, Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque, Story, Marshall, Tama, Linn, Jackson, Johnson, Scott, Marion, Mahaska, Wapello and Jefferson. More counties are likely to be added as dry conditions continue across the state.
