THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. AN
ESTIMATED 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN NEAR MASKELL AND ROAD
FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED. AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAINFALL IS
POSSIBLE THIS EVENING.
