REMAINING QUIET: Continues to look like a quiet 7 days in store across the state with only a few chances of some rain both today and again on Saturday. Temperatures will remain seasonal with highs in the 60s and 70s, lows in the 40s and 50s. Rainfall will be very light with possibly a tenth to quarter of an inch of rain between the two storm systems, today’s being the lightest of the two. There will be plenty of sunshine to go around also.
MORE RAIN?: Looking past the 7 day period, there looks to be no real consensus or trend with regard to storms that may effect the state later in the month. This run shows at least two that could be significant but discussing any possible severe weather this far out is senseless at this point. There looks to be no real big heat wave or cold snap at this time, so near seasonal readings are likely for the next two weeks with some chances of precipitation.
