QUIET TIME: It will be a much quieter and cooler week across the state than the week that has just passed. Temperatures will be in the 60s and 70s with lows in the 40s and 50s. There are some chances of rain as well, both today and tomorrow with amounts remaining under a quarter to half inch.

WEEKEND: The Mother’s day weekend is upcoming and the weather looks to be almost perfect. The only wrinkle is the possibility of some rain Saturday across the eastern counties through the afternoon hours. Rainfall looks to be light from this storm. Passed this point there is a storm midweek next week that will need to be watched over future runs, otherwise there isn’t a lot of confidence further out at this time.
