3:00PM UPDATE: Threat moves slightly Northeast

The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma has shifted the Moderate risk slightly Northeast, with little or no change in general forecast. Visible Satellite imagery is showing clearing and heating East of the Surface Low. A warm front was slowly lifting Northward into Minneapolis and Wisconsin. Instability seems to be increasing as moisture moves northward. Shear has remained extremely strong over the area as well. Current forecast soundings have shown little or no CIN (Cap) over the region which will allow convective development. Supercells with these storms will have the ability to become tornadic with very large hail and damaging winds.
