Thunderstorms, some of which have been severe have fired across western Iowa and eastern Nebraska early this afternoon. These will continue throughout the afternoon into the evening and overnight hours. A PDS Tornado watch is in effect in eastern Nebraska until 7pm, and more watches will likely be issued. Be weather aware and make sure you have a way of getting weather information.
