MORE SNOW AHEAD: There will be some flurry or light snow shower activity through at least the afternoon hours from west to east across the state. Accumulations will likely remain under a half inch if that. Another system is expected Monday into Tuesday. Temperatures will be a bit warmer with that one with highs on Monday climbing back into the 30s and lower 40s. The precipitation should start in the form of rain across the south with some wintry mix north, changing to all rain during the day Monday then to all snow Monday night into Tuesday with another push of colder air. A weak disturbance that moves in on Thursday with some snow as well.

PROGRESSIVELY ACTIVE: The pattern continues as it has the last month, just with snow on the ground for the eastern half of the state. Several storms will be followed by quick cool downs then slowly rising before the next storm drops the temps once more. If we can get some clear night and calm winds, temperatures like that they last night may drop below zero as might happen later this coming week. Toward the end of the month there are some projections of more snow with more systems at that time.
