WARMING UP: Temperatures are on the way up, back to above seasonal averages with readings in the 40s and even a few lower 50s by Thursday and Friday. A cold front will move through Friday night but will only drop readings back into the 30s which is still slightly above average. Readings will then climb back to near or slightly above 40° early next week.

WHERE’S THE SNOW: The model run shows little if any snow over at least the next 7 days across the state. Outside of a few flurries on Sunday, the next real chance of any precipitation looks to hold off until the middle of next week with another blast of cold air from Canada. A more significant system is possible a few days later with a much stronger push of cold air. We’ll have to wait and see on that.
