An additional 12 counties have been placed under burn bans until further notice, bringing the total up to 27. The current list includes the following Iowa counties: Bremer, Buena Vista, Butler, Calhoun, Cherokee, Chickasaw, Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, Fayette, Floyd, Greene, Hancock, Howard, Ida, Jasper, Lyon, Marion, Marshall, O’Brien, Osceola, Plymouth, Sioux, Story, Webster, Winnebago, and Wright.
