DRY PLEASANT: The weather over the next few days will be dry and pleasant with only a very isolated shower or storm Friday night. (Did put the risk in the Football Forecast). The chances are around 10-20% at best, otherwise most of the football games will see only partly cloudy skies at worst. Temperatures will be seasonal with upper 70s to lower 80s with dew points back into the upper 50s to lower 60s.

WET TO END SUMMER: There will be several chances next week with showers and thunderstorms in the forecast with a storm system that shows no signs of wanting to move to the east toward the state (at least according to this run). The first chance rolls around Monday afternoon and evening with a chance at a shower or storm. Then again Tuesday into Thursday the chances are there but a ridge will be forming to the south and east keeping the storm from moving any closer. We’ll see if this continues on further runs and if this will warm us up.

LABOR DAY WEEKEND: This model run continues to show a cold frontal passage sometime Sunday or early Monday of Labor Day Weekend. It doesn’t look like the whole weekend is going to be a full washout, but it has been consistent of a storm moving through during the holiday weekend. Be aware of that in any plans you may make and note that this could change in later runs. Further into the month the pattern becomes benign and it looks to remain mostly dry into the middle of September across the state.

FOOTBALL FORECAST: This is where the Friday football forecasts will be. Coming Soon, Tailgate Saturday Forecasts which will be run on Friday videos beginning next week.
