The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch effective until 9pm this evening for the following counties, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Monona, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, Shelby, Adair, Adams, Audubon, Carroll, Cass, Crawford, Guthrie, Ringgold, Sac, Taylor, Union, Ida and Woodbury. Thunderstorms have developed already this afternoon across western Iowa, northern Nebraska and southeastern South Dakota. These storms will be moving mainly to the SE around 30mph. The main threats will be from large hail and damaging winds.
