The Storm Prediction Center has issued a TORNADO Watch effective until 1am Thursday morning for Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson and Jones counties. Thunderstorms have developed along a line from near Cascade to Dubuque into southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Recently a tornado was sighted NW of Galena in Jo Daviess County in Illinois. Along with the threat of tornadoes, large hail and damaging winds will be possible with these storms. Flash Flooding is also possible given the training of these thunderstorms.
