* AT 843 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DESTRUCTIVE WINDS IN
EXCESS OF 80 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
CARROLL…AND MOVING EAST AT 65 MPH.

LIKELY. EVACUATE MOBILE HOMES…AND SEEK SHELTER IN A REINFORCED
BUILDING. WIDESPREAD DESTRUCTIVE WINDS CAN PRODUCE DAMAGE AND SERIOUS
INJURY SIMILAR TO A TORNADO.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCED
