It looks as if the storms well to the west and northwest will stay away from the state this evening and overnight. With the amount of rain that has fallen across the state (especially in southern Iowa) there is a chance at some light fog in those areas. The chances of showers and thunderstorms return once again late Sunday afternoon into Sunday evening. Severe weather is possible with these storms.
