The strongest winds for Tuesday will develop behind a cold front around 12PM as skies clear. Sustained winds gusts this afternoon could be as high as 25MPH with gust around 45MPH possible. Winds this strong can take down weakened trees and limbs and can blow around yard furniture and garbage cans easily. People in the area should prepare by bringing in garbage cans and should watch for fallen trees on roadways this afternoon.
