* AT 1023 AM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
OF 60 MPH…AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED
APPROXIMATELY NEAR WHEATLAND…OR 12 MILES EAST OF TIPTON…AND
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
