NORTHEASTERN ROCK ISLAND COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ILLINOIS…
WHITESIDE COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ILLINOIS…

* AT 1053 AM CDT…TRAINED SPOTTERS AND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
OF 60 MPH…AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED
APPROXIMATELY NEAR MCCAUSLAND…OR 11 MILES NORTH OF BETTENDORF…
AND MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH.
