* AT 431 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL RATES OF OVER 2
INCHES PER HOUR OVER PARTS OF THE AREA. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2
INCHES POSSIBLE IN THE NEXT 90 MINUTES.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE…
