NORTHWESTERN SCOTT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL IOWA…
NORTH CENTRAL LOUISA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST IOWA…

* AT 524 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH…AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY NEAR NICHOLS…OR 9 MILES WEST OF MUSCATINE…AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO WEST LIBERTY…WEST BRANCH…ATALISSA…WILTON…ROCHESTER…DURANT…TIPTON…BENNETT…STANWOOD…CLARENCE AND LOWDEN.

THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 80 IN IOWA BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 255 AND 284.
