SEVERE WEATHER: There is a slight risk of severe weather for today and tonight across the far northeastern sections of the state. The main threat will likely remain north of the state in Minnesota along the warm front that moved through the state yesterday. Most of the records across the state for Tuesday are in the lower to middle 90s and a few of them could be tied or broken. It will also be breezy as well, with southerly winds at 15-20mph. The warm front also brought much higher dewpoints as well, this heat indices will easily be in the 90s to near 100° in some areas Tuesday afternoon.

COOL WEATHER: The warm weather doesn’t last however, as once the storm departs slowly by this upcoming weekend, it will bring temperatures back to average with readings in the 60s and lower 70s with drier conditions.
