The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has issued a Frost Advisory effective from 4am until 9am Friday morning for Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque, Benton, Linn, Jones, Jackson, Cedar and Clinton counties. Temperatures will drop into the lower 30s across the area with a few locales reaching the upper 20s in cooler locations. Make sure you protect any plants that you have outdoors.
