RAINY WEEK: This week will be cooler than average, readings roughly 5-10° below the climatic norms, with several chances of rain possible. The next chance comes late Monday through Tuesday into early Wednesday. There is a chance like this past system that some snowflakes could mix in as the precipitation ends Wednesday morning. This will mainly be across the northern and northeastern counties.

The storm after that will come in late Thursday night into Friday. This will be similiar, with the low just to the south of the state, and the possibility late Friday night or Saturday morning of a few snowflakes mixing in as the storm ends. The combined storm totals will be in the 1.5-2.25 inch range which is likely to keep flooding issues going across the area.

FLOODING: The latest Mississippi River Forecast has been posted and is below. The river is cresting across the far northeastern sections of the state and will slowly make its way downstream. The next update will be later on today.
