River Flooding 2011 Update #3

River flooding continues to be an issue across the northern counties of the state and along the Mississippi River, with continued snowmelt across Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Dakotas. The cooler than average temperatures will help in slowing the melting process down and in turn may lessen the flooding prospects on the major rivers across the state.
