BELOW AVG: Like yesterday, temperatures look to remain below average through the middle or end of next week with a persistent trough over the center and eastern part of the United States over the next week to ten days. Several weak systems will be moving through bringing with them chances of some rain and or snow to the state. Amounts will remain light, with the southwestern counties getting the best shot at moisture over the next week.

FLOODING: River flooding continues across the northern counties of the state, this will be an ongoing issue for several weeks, possibly well into the month of April.
