WITH THE PRECIPITATION BECOMING HEAVY AT TIMES. ACCUMULATIONS OF 1
INCH PER HOUR ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH 3 AM.
* STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS…ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO
BE IN THE FIVE TO SEVEN INCH RANGE OVER THE WARNING AREA…
WITH A FEW LOCATIONS REACHING 8 INCHES OR SO. THE SNOW WILL BE
RATHER WET…RATHER THAN FLUFFY.
* WINDS/VISIBILITY…VISIBILITIES DOWN TO ONE QUARTER MILE IN SNOW
ARE EXPECTED. NORTHEAST TO NORTH WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH MAY
PRODUCE LOCALIZED BLOWING SNOW.
* IMPACTS…ROADS WILL BECOME SLICK AND SNOW COVERED TONIGHT WITH
HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS. THE WEIGHT OF THE WET SNOW MAY ALSO
DAMAGE SHRUBS AND SMALL TREE BRANCHES.
