SNOW CHANCES: A few flakes will fly across the state Monday, with little accumulations possible except in the far north where an inch or two is possible. Outside of that, there’s a chance at the end of the week for a bit of the white stuff with the best chances being across the southeastern half of the state.
RIVER FLOODING: Flooding continues on a number of rivers and creeks across the state. River rises and falls will be slowed with the cooler weather moving in for the week, but ice jams are still a major concern especially on the Des Moines River in Fort Dodge, where Flash Flood Warnings have been issued twice this past weekend.
