The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has issued a Wind Chill advisory from 10pm tonight through 10am Thursday morning for Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque, Benton, Linn, Jones, Jackson, Iowa, Johnson, Cedar, Clinton, Muscatine and Scott counties. Wind chills again will drop to around -20° late tonight through tomorrow morning. Actual temperatures will be in the single digits and teens below zero once again, however this is likely to be the last night of dangerous wind chills as tomorrow night, readings will be above zero with little wind.
