Another night of bitterly cold wind chills is in store once again, with a Wind Chill Advisory in effect from late this evening through the morning hours of Wednesday for much of the state once again. Actual temperatures will be in the single digits and teens below zero with the coldest readings in the northern counties and in areas that see some clearing (Many locales will see some high cloudiness through the night). Along with winds around 10mph as an average, this will lead to wind chills in the teens and twenties below zero through Wednesday morning. Although another night for below zero temperatures is in store Wednesday night as well, winds will be light enough that another wind chill advisory will not be required at that time.
