The Wind Chill Advisory has been extended to include almost the entire state of Iowa, except the far southeastern counties through the morning hours of Tuesday. Bitter cold temperatures along with breezy conditions will lead to wind chills in the -15° to -25° range through the morning hours. Actual temperatures will be in the single digits and lower teens below zero.
