Here are some pictures taken by the administrator of the blog from his apartment building in Anamosa. The first image taken just before 1pm shows visibility was still quite good and light snow was falling. An hour later, the wind was really picking up and visibility had dropped substantially. It’s bound to be not much better out in the open areas and the weather will only get worse as the day into night progresses.
