Lots Of Fog

If you’ve been enjoying the copious amounts of fog the last few days, you’re going to love this. The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory that is in effect between now and 6pm on Friday! for the eastern counties of the state. A Dense Fog Advisory is also in effect from now until Thursday evening for nearly the rest of the state except the western quarter. This will be a prolonged fog event, with drizzle and freezing drizzle possible. Visibilities will be reduced to under a quarter mile at times, with the worst times being at night. The fog will begin to dissipate once the cold front moves into the state late on Thursday in the west and Friday in the eastern counties.
