Blizzard conditions will begin later this afternoon over the western counties and quickly engulf the rest of the state by the evening with it continuing through the day on Sunday. Temperatures will plummet through the day Sunday with readings heading below zero over the northwest half by sunset Sunday, and near 0 SE.
