This shows how travel has become impacted in the Quad Cities. This was taken a few minutes ago from I-74 at US Hwy 67 looking south toward the Iowa-Illinois Memorial Bridge (which you would be able to see in normal conditions). Travel is slowing down with snow beginning to accumulate on the road surfaces. This is happening not just in the Quad Cities, but elsewhere in NC NE and EC Iowa. Roads are partally or completely covered in snow or ice throughout most of NC and NE Iowa, with I-80 completely covered from near West Branch to Durant.
