It still looks like the first of what could be many arctic plunges will be coming Wednesday, with Thanksgiving morning and Black Friday morning possibly seeing readings in the single digits (a few locales may see readings below ZERO!!!). Highs won’t be much warmer, with highs in the low to mid 20s on Thanksgiving and Friday. Beforehand, a storm system will move through tomorrow and Monday with chances of rain and some snow mixed across the state. Amounts will be light, with less than a quarter inch of rain possible and likely an inch or less of snow (especially north of US Hwy 20).
