The warmer than average temperatures that the state and the upper midwest has been experiencing over the last few days is coming to an end. The eastern half of the state will squeeze out one more warm day on Wednesday before clouds move in with a slight chance of a late day shower. Chances of rain will be possible however slight Wednesday into Wednesday night across the state. Veteran’s Day looks to be ok for the time being with a break, with heavy rain expected back by late in the afternoon into Thursday night through early to mid Saturday. Some of the rain looks like could be heavy with an inch possible in some locales by Saturday. There is also a chance that on Friday night especially in the northwestern half of the state, that the rain may mix with and change to all snow, with the rest of the state seeing a possible rain snow mix Saturday as the precipitation ends. It’s too early to determine if any accumulating snow will fall, but liklihood is that little if any will actually stick given the warm ground temperatures currently. Any updates will be posted in the coming days. (A Forecast Video will be made on Thursday with regards to this event)
