The end of the warmer weather near

The above average temperatures we’ve been seeing across the state and the upper midwest over the last few weeks looks to be coming to an end sometime early next week. A cold front is expected to move into the state late Sunday night through Tuesday bringing widespread chances of showers during that time. Temperatures will tumble to below average with highs generally in the 50s to around 60 degrees with lows in the 30s. This will be a far cry from the 70s, 80s and even 90s we’ve been experiencing over the last few weeks, but the fall season is nearing it’s middle point at this time, and the first snowfall isn’t too far into the future.
