THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED APPROXIMATELY ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM TORONTO TO 21 MILES SOUTHWEST OF DONAHUE…OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MAQUOKETA TO 9 MILES EAST OF MUSCATINE…AND MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.
