* AT 1259 AM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CRESTON…OR 59 MILES SOUTHWEST OF DES MOINES…AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE…AFTON…SHANNON CITY…ARISPE…THAYER…TINGLEY…MURRAY AND ELLSTON.
