Showers and Thunderstorms have begun to develop this afternoon over the northwestern sections of the state. They are not severe at this time, but could produce some locally heavy downpours if you happen to get under one of them. A lot of low cloudiness is limiting storm development this afternoon and might limit the amount of severe weather that might have been possible had it not been cloudy throughout most of the state. Severe Weather is still anticipated this afternoon and evening.
