* AT 427 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED APPROXIMATELY ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 25 MILES WEST OF MILTON TO 14 MILES SOUTHWEST OF RUTLEDGE…OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 23 MILES SOUTHWEST OF OTTUMWA TO EDINA…AND MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.
