The SPC has issued a Slight Risk for Most of the Upper Midwest including South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota and a part of Western Wisconsin, including the 6 county area. Storms are expected to develop in Southern Minnesota today, but as a stationary front turns into a Warm Front and moves North, Thunderstorms could develop and become Severe, the best times for this will be tonight after 7PM The main threats are strong winds and very heavy rainfall. Tornado’s also poses a risk with this front.
